Return & Replacement Policy

Thank you for supporting our candle business! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect size, scent, or a damaged item, we’re happy to provide a replacement.
1. Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a free replacement, all of the following must apply:
- Your request is made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The candle is unused and in its original packaging (unless damaged in transit).
- You received the wrong size or scent, or the product arrived damaged/defective.
2. Replacement Options
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll replace it with:
- The correct size you ordered; or
- The correct scent you ordered.
We do not offer refunds for scented candles; instead, we’ll send you the proper replacement at no additional cost.
3. How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery:

- Subject line: “Replacement Request – [Order #12345]”
- Provide details:
- Order number
- Photo of the candle (if damaged or incorrect)
- Description of the issue (wrong size, wrong scent, broken, etc.)
- Await confirmation: We’ll reply within 2 business days with next steps and a prepaid return label if applicable.
4. Shipping & Handling
- Return shipping: We’ll provide a prepaid label for all eligible replacements.
- Processing time: Once we receive the returned item (if required), or once we’ve verified your claim, we’ll ship the replacement within 3–5 business days.
5. Non-Eligible Items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Products showing signs of use (outside of shipping damage)
- Scented candles returned for “change of mind” (please refer to our exchange policy below)
6. Exchanges (Change of Mind)
If you simply change your mind about the size or scent, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we’ll ship your new selection once we receive the original item.
