    Shipping Policy

    1. Order Processing

    • Processing Time:

      • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays).
      • Large or custom orders may require up to 5 business days; we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
    • Order Confirmation:

      • You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
      • A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent once your package leaves our facility.

    2. Domestic Shipping (Within Indonesia)

    • Shipping Methods & Carriers:

      • Standard (JNE / Pos Indonesia / SiCepat)
      • Express (JNE YES / Pos Kilat Khusus)
    • Delivery Estimates:

      • Standard: 3–5 business days
      • Express: 1–2 business days
    • Shipping Rates:

      • Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

    3. International Shipping

    • Available Destinations:

      • Worldwide (subject to local customs regulations)
    • Carriers & Service Levels:

      • Economy (4–6 weeks)
      • Standard (2–4 weeks)
      • Express (5–10 business days)
    • Shipping Costs:

      • Calculated at checkout by weight, dimensions, and destination country.
      • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by their country.

    4. Tracking Your Order

    • Once shipped, you’ll receive:
      • Carrier name
      • Tracking number
      • Link to track your package online
    • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

    5. Shipping Restrictions & Delays

    • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:
      • We can ship to military addresses, but choose standard carriers (e.g., Pos Indonesia/APO).
    • Prohibited Items:
      • Some scents (e.g., high-alcohol-content perfumes) may be restricted. We’ll notify you immediately if an item cannot ship.
    • Force Majeure Delays:
      • Weather events, carrier strikes, or customs holdups may extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience.

    6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • Damaged in Transit:
      • Please retain all packaging and photo-document the damage. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement arrangements.
    • Lost Packages:
      • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, first check with neighbors or your local post office. Then contact us so we can open an inquiry with the carrier.
